A 10 years lag seems a lot. Do you mean the average 20 years old man has the same maturity as a 10 years old girl...?!?

Do you know any research or evidence to confirm this assumption? Because, as it is, it just sounds like a foolish feminist prejudice (i.e. women are better than men... just because).
