Advice with "Women should NEVER..." or "Women should ALWAYS..." (*) is inevitably dumb and childish.

Because, you know, INDIVIDUALS. I.e., we're all different.

(*) The same applies for "Men should NEVER..." etc.

If a women meets a man she likes a lot, and she doesn't make the first move, most likely there will be another, smarter woman who will and likely get the man. Great advice, bro! ;-P
