Ah, yes, the "love that cannot be" always seems the hottest and brightest. ;-)

Perhaps because you don't have to listen to his snoring or her nagging, or share the toothpaste tube, or something! :-D

But, alas, the "love that cannot be" is not real love: it's obsession and addiction. A bit like hard drugs.
