All of your five "misconceptions" are false for some women, but true for others. And sometimes they are true for most women (a man's height is paramount for most).
You're just denying some basic facts of life:
1. For some women money matters a lot.
2. For some women looks are paramount.
4. Lots of women are attracted to "bad boys" (or Alphas behaving like bad boys). It's a stereotype for a reason.
5. Some women are really looking for a perfect man (the whole "Prince Charming" concept is akin to that).
And saying "I would never do that!" is perfectly meaningless. I never went with a prostitute, yet me saying that nobody does would be foolish.
A better article would honestly admit all of the above, instead of denying it, and advise men to steer away from such women.
