Honestly I don't see the correlation between breast size attraction and income.

Breast size attraction is evolutionary (the same with hip width and so on), so it's quite universal. Then everyone might have different tastes, but a woman has to look like a woman (i.e. with curves); very few men would find a flat-chested woman attractive, because she would be perceived as "not feminine".

In my observations, most men prefer a “mid-size” (C or D), while a good chunk goes for bigger, and a minority for smaller. This seems true in most Western countries (I don’t know about the rest). Note this is from “real” men talking frankly to other men, not “wokes” following an agenda or men trying to win female approval (and lying accordingly).
