I agree with your first sentence. I just pointed out that: 1. it's not very common, and 2. Some women do the same. Thus it's not a "man's fault", it's a "human fault".
Regarding your second sentence, I agree as well. But you should consider that women are the major culprit in this case: since they're much more selective and demanding, they habitually ignore or rejects most men.
Some men are so crushed by frequent and harsh rejections that they stop approaching women altogether.
Again, you seem quite one-sided: noticing men's fault, but not women's (and this seems true for most feminists).
