I don't know the real U.S. numbers because I'm not American.

What I know is that feminism routinely reports skewed, distorted (and sometimes even false) data to support their thesis. E.g. they insist there's a "gender pay gap", while it's actually a "gender earning gap" (a very different thing). So take everything from that side with a pinch of salt.

Besides, I know here in Italy many "femicides" are not really that, but are counted that way to inflate the numbers (and feed the media). Or, harassment is considered as rape (again, two very different things), and that's quite misleading.
