I hear you, and I agree that "demonizing" is useless and potentially dangerous.

I presume the author didn't mean "Casual sex / dating apps are BAD", but rather "Casual sex and dating apps can be harmful (especially in excess) and should be approached with caution". Maybe her warning sounded like condemnation to you.

I've been reading this author for a while, and I know she's basically sex-positive, so maybe that's why I got a different impression. :-)
