I know what you're talking about, because I did it: I worked hard to improve myself and to become the best version of myself. And I reaped the rewards.
But that I did it and you did it, doesn't mean everybody can. I am a "computer whiz", does it mean everybody can be one? Of course not, just like not anybody can be a top singer or athlete.
You saying "anyone can be extraordinary" is a lie and a delusion: I don't know if you're fooling yourself or you're trying to sell something, but it's still a delusion. That "most people are average" is a mathematical fact.
