I think all of your points are valid for the majority of women, save for the last one:

I don't mean the proposal of having sex right now: that is often premature on the first night (although sometimes it can happen, depending on the feeling).
I mean the actual talking about sex: avoiding the topic at all might feel awkward or prudish or lack of attraction. I think two can talk about sex during their first date, in a playful or flirty or thoughtful way, avoiding to be creepy or persistent.
If a woman would say outright "I DON'T talk about sex in a first date", I would deduct she has some issues or she doesn't like sex much (both red flags for me).
