Regarding Quora and Medium, in my experience the latter is still a nest of rabid feminists, while on Quora they are less and less. Of course different experiences might be due to algorithms.

IMHO, that "something else" pursued by modern feminism feels like women being put first and foremost in any situation, and to never experience any suffering. Of course that's an unreachable utopia - and that's why they try harder and harder.
