If those "just one or two ex-partners" were by choice (i.e. long happy relationships), I don't think that could be an issue.

OTOH, if those "just one or two" were because of "scarcity" or settling (stemming maybe from insecurity or low self-esteem), yes, that could raise some issues.

And that would be true both for a man or a woman: and insecure woman might feel "threatened" by the high body count of her partner.
