If you don't like using masculine and feminine in this way, you can use Alpha and Beta; it means very similar traits.

The main problem is, most women want an Alpha behaving like a Beta (i.e. a "submissive Alpha"), but that's a contradiction; it's impossible. If it's Red it's not Blue.

The solution might seem a middle point (bit of Alpha, bit of Beta), a merging of masculine and feminine. But guess what? Most women would not be attracted by that kind of man.
