In general, it's exactly like you said: women are the pickier sex (that "men are picky" might be one of the many lies spread by feminism).
Of course some men are picky, and some women are not. But for the most part, it's women who have a long list of requirements (*), while most men just ask for two or three things: she being pretty, kind and into sex.
