Only a woman could pose such a question. Every healthy man knows the more he's sexually starved, the worse he feels and the angrier it gets (deeply inhibited guys might not realize this, but it's true for them as well).
If you think about it, it's just logical: the higher the level of testosterone, the higher the aggression drive. Having sex lowers that level, so... :-)
So, why such a simple and obvious thing is seldom mentioned? I'd say because the West has become a female-centered society (thanks to feminism), hence male's problems are ignored, or denied when they go against female interests.
