Agreed. IMO most couples have a more dominant partner and a more submissive one. It's seldom spoken out loud, but you can see their different attitudes, in words and body language.

When a couple says they "really are equal" in the relationship, usually it's the dominant talking, and the other says "Yes, dear". :-)
