It looks like an example of "politically correctness" in design: do not offend, or displease, anyone.

The result, of course, can only be bland, anonymous and meaningless - not to mention forgettable.

Lastly, I find it ironic they are using a Bold version of the typeface... since that design is anything but "bold". ;-)
