AFAIK, among Mosuo the sexual roles are different (women take the initiative, they do not necessarily want stable relationships), but I was talking about physical risk and danger: I don't think Mosuo women do jobs like firefighter, police, miner or oil rig worker.

Nope, or just in small part. Males want sex first and foremost, females usually long for stable relationships. This is true in most mammals, not just humans. And animals have no cultural conditioning.
