Mhh. So why men, on average, are more easily satisfied with themselves? Usually evolution works for both genders.

And why some women might feel satisfied with their accomplishments? (be them children, jobs, personal development...). Are those women perhaps more evolved?

Evolution pushes us towards an objective (e.g. sex) and then gives us a reward (e.g. an orgasm). It wouldn't work much without rewards or satisfaction: why bother, then?

To me, it seems there's something else underneath the usual female dissatisfaction.
