Oh boy! Yet another case of someone writing on Medium their own personal opinion, and believing THAT alone make them authoritative. NO it doesn't.

Unless you are well informed on the topic (and you aren't), you studied the data and research (and you cite it), and you show a good understanding of the whole complexity (instead of simple navel-gazing), your piece is probably rubbish.
