No it doesn't.

Sure, foreplay is necessary for the vast majority of women, but:

- Some women don't enjoy looooong foreplay or extended sex encounters. They get bored.

- And some women - or some of the time - are eager to feel the penis inside them soon.

- And other women have emotional or sexual issues, so no amount of foreplay will make them ready, ever.

To each his own.

In sex, as in other parts of life, there's no "One size fits all".
