Why "men" only? Why are you focusing on "men's fault"?
Women are just as faulty as men regarding this, if not more. Hollywood, the media (and feminism) have told them they can have whatever they want, that they can get the best man (even when they are just average). Hence women have become more and more demanding and selective. This should be considered part of the issue, isn't it?
If I wrote a piece accusing only women to have deluded perceptions, you would call it sexist, I think. So, why this focusing on just one gender’s faults? Wouldn’t it be better looking at the whole picture?
BTW, the "It's 100% your fault" generalization is always rubbish. 99% of the time, the responsibility is shared among all parties.
