On average, women do have higher empathy and social skills. Females are more inclined to social interaction since their birth. BTW, that makes evolutionary sense.

But nowadays there's LOTS of women with no empathy and terrible social skills ("Karens" anyone?), and they make so much noise on social media and in public life, that the above fact may seem untrue.
