Sometimes you seem to mistake "traditional roles" with "toxic roles".
- "Toxic" are, of course, harmful.
- "Traditional" can be fine, as long as one can choose them freely.
If a woman likes to be a SAHM or feels the need of a strong, protective man, it's just her choice... nothing bad or toxic. And, BTW, this choices make evolutionary sense.
The same for a woman who feel sexually submissive and likes a dominant man (or vice-versa).
IMO the problem seems to be that some feminists think some roles are OK (the ones promoted by feminism) and the others are not.
But people comes in all shapes and sizes; therefore, as long as freely chosen, no role is wrong per se. It's about individual choices.
