Thanks for sharing your experience, but sometimes it may be the woman resisting and the man pushing. We don't know.
What we know it's the numbers, and the numbers tell it's mostly women - not why.
BTW, that fact that it's mostly women who tend to "get antsy" and leave marriages is confirmed by homosexual marriages: in those, lesbians are way more prone to end the marriage than gay men (*). So yes, it really looks like a "woman thing" (although exceptions always exist).
