Well, as with many thing in life, sex has an objective part AND a subjective part. There are many aspects of sexuality that are highly subjective: frequency, duration, intensity, being gentle or rough, having little or lots of foreplay, favorite body parts' size, kinky stuff, etc... it all depends on the person’s tastes and inclinations (and sometimes the mood). What’s “delightful” to one could be “boring” or even “horrible” to others.

Hence in sex there's no "one size fits all".

OTOH, some things are universal or true for almost everybody, and this article's list is a good guide. But always remember that any partner is unique, so... good communication is paramount. :-)
