Honey, what you describe is not "love". At all. It's lusting after a "Prince Charming". :-)
Loving someone means accepting him (her) for what he is. Checking a long list of features and deciding to want someone accordingly is not "love", it's more akin to a job interview: "Congratulations, you aced all of our tests and we'd really like to hire you".
Maybe that's the problem with many women nowadays: they are looking for their "prize" and think that's love. God help us! ;-P
