This phenomenon is summed up by an exchange I had years ago with a feminist.
After listening to her reasons, and acknowledging them, I then exposed a list of problems and suffering from the male side. You know, for a balanced view.
Her response? "I don't care (about male problems").
My reply was: "Well, if you don't care (about me) why should I care (about you)?" :-)
After years and years of feminist attacks, my standard reaction is still "I don't care".
In other words: dear feminists, if you treat men as enemies, then do not expect them to be your allies.
(BTW, if they were able to reason it should be obvious... but, you know, "female logic" and stuff ;-)
