Yes. After years and years of hearing the opposite, I finally realized how false it was: physical attraction is as important for women as it is for men. The same. Thanks for being honest about this.

Yes, but... all of those things usually have to come ON TOP of physical attraction; without the latter, those things won't be enough.

I.e. women usually appreciate intelligence... but intelligence alone almost never will create attraction for them.
